I wouldn't say that, when the Chinese and Japanese were having hissy fits over those islands in the South China Sea, a Chinese vessel purposefully rammed into a Japanese one to deter them from getting any closer to the islands.

[@ClocktowerEchos] Also, Ventium didn't invade because up till like 1910, we were having problems with northern rebels. And before hand, our Kings were working to unify the Ventian tribes; that and why waste lives on insignificant beings like those Fuso trash?
