The entire reason Fuso and Izuno are using flying infantry from Avalia is that they don't have airships and thus use them to combat airships.
Its seen as a more honorable approach to sky fighting since floating around in airships just doesn't have the charm of honorable man to man fighting that dogfighting in a plane or flying warriors do.
I originally wanted them as a balance since I lack airships. Thus I'm going to advocate not letting you have them since you already have airships.
Besides, having women fight in their underwear (or less as is the case in Fuso), is quite an effective distraction tactic against enemy pilots :lol
