Adira hadn't expected her simply slapping him across the face would set the king straight as quickly as it seemed to. She watched him touch the side of his face that she had slapped, perhaps she had slapped him a bit more roughly then she had meant to. However, she wasn't going to apologize for it, he had crossed a line with his words. She noted the smirk at the mention of her father being wounded, before he apologized. If the way he had been acting towards her up until now, than she really doubted what he said about never being slapped was true. Watching him bow and apologize for his actions, Adira gave a small nod in response. She gave a smile when he gave a comment on her smell, she had never noticed that she smelt differently. Though it was likely that he didn't realize he smelt differently as well. When he sat down on the floor Adira sat back down in her chair crossing her legs once more listening to him talk. The way he spoke about himself wasn't exactly what she was expecting to hear from the said to be great king. It was a little sad to hear him talk about having suicidal thoughts, to hear such a thing made him look a little weak in her mind. However, he was trying to be civil now, and she would do the same and keep her thoughts on that sudject to herself. "I must admit that I truly, was not expecting you to speak to me at all. Thus the reason I waited for you to speak first" She admitted honestly, she hadn't known what to expect when had went into the dungeon. "Though I shall be the first to correct myself, I find the way you are acting towards me now more admirable than before. Not that it matters truly." She said thoughtfully not bringing up his mention of breaking out, there wasn't anything really that she could say on the subject. Or at least that she would believe if their roles were switched . Her eyes swifted away from the man to his window and she frowned, although it was not becoming light outside quite yet, she can feel that it was starting to get late. In the same way that her race were able to tell when the sun was going to raise so their weaker brothers could get inside in time not to die. "I'm afraid I must go now as it is getting early, though I find you interesting and I will try to sneak away and come back sometime next week." She said with a soft smile, not making it a question but a fact before stood and headed towards the stairs out of the dungeon. Though she stopped just short of the steps and looked back at him over her shoulder making a tisking sound at herself. "How rude of me, I almost forgot. My name is Adira." With that she left the dungeon and headed to bed herself. -- Over the last three weeks Adira had almost made it a point to go down to the dungeons to see and talk to Wolfic. For some reason she found him interesting, despite the fact he was considered an enemy to her people, though she didn't doubt that might have been one of the reasons that she had first found him interesting. Although today was the night she would go down to see him, she sadly could not. The princess from another kingdom was visiting along with her father. It was a special occasion and she had a feeling she would be unable to sneak away. The fading light from the sun shone through tinted windows as the sun started to set. Adira following behind her elder brother, whom was sweet talking the princess from the castle, making the girl giggle. Which wasn't all that hard to make the girl do as she was an ignorant twat. It wasn't until her mother made the turn opposite of their normal dinning room that Adira realized that they were going to the formal dinning room the only real difference was that it was the room they used for parties. The werewolf slaves were not allowed to be in the dinning room, instead the few vampire servemts served the food and drinks. The doors were made of pure silver, to insure they could not enter if they so tried. In the middle of of the room sat a cage for the kings trophy , and though the room was barely used the cage much like the cell in the dungeon was laced with wolfsbane. Adira hesitated slightly before entering the room, part of her wondered if she could pretend to not feel well, while the strong part of her wondered why she should even care in the first place? Her hands went down and ran a few times over the soft light pink dress her mother had forced her into, to calm herself. Before entering the room, her brown eyes glancing at the cage.
