[b]Allegiance[/b]: Neutral, although dealings have been made with corrupt members of both sides.

[b]Strength[/b]: Core members number up to seven thousand, while footsoldiers and hangers-on number up to a quarter of a million.

[b]Aim/Objectives[/b]: To make as much money as possible.

[b]History[/b]: The lost are the biggest criminal syndicate in the city, and are responsible for almost every criminal enterprise in the city. They were created over seventy years ago, by several other gangs who joined together not unlike the creation of Utopia. Since then, they have settled for neutrality between the New Order and the Resistance cells. They are known for supplying arms and information to both sides, as well as making most of their money selling narcotics to the rest of the city. Both the new order and the resistance know to avoid getting in the Lost’s way, knowing that the last thing they need is another enemy. The lost are known for being ruthless, but pragmatic in their dealings.

[b]Faction Name[/b]: Nexus

[b]Allegiance[/b]: Resistance (formerly Utopia)

[b]Strength[/b]: 1410 members

[b]Aim/Objectives[/b]: To aid the general populace and shelter fugitives from the new order

[b]History[/b]:  The nexus were created by several former members of Utopia grouping together to protect people from the New Order after the end of the Utopia uprising. They are currently one of the few resistance cells who the masses support, due to their lack of violence towards innocents and their humanitarian efforts towards people. They have been known as a group where someone in trouble can go for help and not be turned in, whither they are running from the new order, the lost, or even another resistance cell. Their current headquarters is a nightclub in one of the lower districts, out of the New Order’s direct jurisdiction. Because of this, they command great respect from almost everyone, making them a difficult faction to oppose. (this is the only reason the New Order hasnt wiped them out yet)
