[@Cyclone] I'd say 40 or 50% of Izuno military equipment would be from the Commonwealth, the Shogunate Military does have it's own locally made vehicles and guns, but Moravian influence is strongest in the firearms department and such. Moravian vehicles would make up a small part of the motorpool as Izuno does have it's own military variant automobiles, but is lacking in the tanks(might remove the light tank I placed), and thus depends upon the Commonwealth for heavy armored vehicles and maybe even other lighter vehicles as well.

As for relations. I'd say Izuno might have a similar relationship in that there would be Moravian Bases and troops in Izuno.
