This sounds pretty interesting. As is probably the privilege of somebody who wasn't alive during WWII, I can get behind the idea of a sort of character study based around and alternate universe Reich. And it's not historical enough to make my historical ignorance a huge handicap, so yay. I'd be on board with this idea if it gets off the ground.
