[@Frizan] You're good to go though reminder that military ranks are for the most part not given out for exemplary service, they are usually given out on a need/time served basis. That being said Vale rewards dedication and results. :P

Side note: I feel like Vale is running the SS with all the blonde haired blue eyes troopers. lol
