Alright, sorry I disappeared for a bit. Real life got a little busy. But I finally finished Addie's relations sheet, so here it is!
Aella Strand "Well, there isn't too much to say about Aella. She's my best friend, she's wonderful, and she has a good heart. I talk to her more than anyone else because she actually kind of gets all the weird stuff in my head. She's so much more than she thinks she is, so I try to help her understand that but it doesn't always work. On the bright side, we dislike all of the same people, so what else do you really need in a best friend?" Aella and Addie's friendship certainly is a funny one. It would be hard to understand how two quiet girls became such good friends in the first place, but it really did take a little time for them to get so close. In their first and second years of school they were in many of the same classes, not to mention the fact that they were also in the same house as well. When it came time to pick partners for assignments and projects, Aella and Addie were often the leftovers after all the more outgoing people paired up. This sort of forced them to become partners in a lot of their classes, and the process repeated itself time and time again until eventually, they became friends by the end of first year. It took a whole other year for them to become best friends, however, but they haven't turned back since. It took Addie a while to grasp why Aella was the way she is. She always thought it was sad to see how she acted around others, but once she heard about her past, Addie finally understood. And it was then that Addie found someone to share her own history with, and it was a relief to have someone know what it was like to live with such pain and heartbreak. They often hang out together when they both have the time, and they are both very respectable towards each others space when it is needed. Although Addie has never shared the fact that she is a self-harmer, she suspects that Aella might already know, but she hasn't said anything yet. She truly cares about her friend, and can sometimes get very defensive when people are rude to her. She likes to slip Aella little drawings of things such as cartoons about their classmates and teachers, or simple things like a flower or a portrait. Aurelia Faulkner "Uh, I don't know her, but I do know of her." Aurelia is one of those people that Addie has never personally spoken to, but she's heard loads of things about her. Mean, vicious, bully...the list goes on. Addie hardly ever sees Aurelia, so getting to know her under all the things she's heard isn't at the top of her list of priorities. Carlo Valentine "He's alright." Carlo was the first boyfriend Addie ever had. What can she say? She's got a huge thing about tall, cute boys that makes her do dumb things, such as going out with a boy like Carlo Valentine. Their relationship didn't last long, as Carlo's arrogance and general air of "swag" became too much for her. As polite as Addie is, she can't always contain herself. When they finally broke up, Addie heard that Carlo told everyone it was him who ended it. She was okay with that though. The good thing is that it was over. Since then, they get along a little better, but she still has no problem calling him out when he's acting arrogant. Cassandre LaFlamme "She's the girl in the band, right?" Another fellow student Addie has yet to get to know. She's sure her path has crossed Cassandre's before, but maybe only once or twice. Addie doesn't know her well enough to say much else. Echo Halycone "Bless that girl's heart, if not for her I would be getting a D in Herbology. I mean, last week she spent about three hours studying with me." Echo is the kind of girl who really likes to talk and really likes to help people. Addie appreciates both of those qualities, as they often go hand in hand when Echo is explaining what seems like a completely foreign concept to her in Herbology. After a few times going to her for help, Echo began to come to Addie for help in transfiguration, as she was quite skilled in that class. She was happy to help as she was thankful for all that Echo had already done for Addie. Over time they became friends, though their conversations tend to be one-sided. Addie finds her amusing, and doesn't mind listening and piping up once in a while Echo does all the talking. Edgar Whitby "He's a very intelligent person, and I've heard he helps out a lot of first years with their classes. He's helped me a few times, too. I don't really know him that well but I see him a lot." Addie has known Edgar since her first year of at Salem. She's spoken to him a few times, but still feels like she doesn't really know him that well. Addie enjoys being the library when things get too loud for her to focus on drawing, and usually finds him there studying. She's sketched a few portraits of him because she thinks he's a handsome boy, but normally keeps her distance. Once or twice, she's asked for help from him in History of Magic, and he was quick to extend a helping hand. Emily Geralds "I've drawn her face a few times, she has nice eyes. A little stubborn, but she's sweet. We mostly study, but we've hung out a few times outside of class." Emily and Addie are more acquaintances than they are friends, as they do more studying together than actually hanging out. Their personalities are very similar, but so far they haven't had any clashes. Addie likes Emily and finds she doesn't mind being around her. Addie could see them becoming better friends but she finds it hard to get close to people, Emily being no exception. As for right now, she's perfectly content with their relationship and will see what the future holds. Hestia Wintergerald "She's a very selfless girl, which could really hurt her someday. But it also works well for her. I don't know her very well, but I almost feel like she would give me a big hug and listen to me while I cry about my life." Hestia and Addie have spoken on a few occasions, but that's about it. All Addie knows is that she likes the girl and feels oddly comfortable in her presence. Lu Ziya "The communist? Of course I know him. Well, you know, I don't know him, know him, but he's a pretty memorable person." All Addie knows about him is his political views. And Addie doesn't really know much about politics, so she's not sure how well they would get along.
