I would also like to add that either side may be able to take him up, if they can give him a contract that he will agree to, but whichever one grabs him before the game starts is probably the side he will stay on through the campaign. Bear in mind, he does not know he is force sensitive, he just thinks he is lucky, so that will likely not be a selling point.
