EDIT: Okay, I looked at it anyway.  Looks good, though, as I said before, I don't know that you'll ever specifically [i]use[/i] a reflex skill.  Reflexes are bundled up into your other skills, with how quickly you'll draw your blaster, and how well you can react while flying etc.
