They sound like good choices. The only person for Poseidon I had in mind was; Kevin McKidd. From the Percy Jackson series. I know Posedion has nothing to do with my characters but it's a suggestion :)

On another note, I would suggest Olivia Wilde or AnnaLynne McCord for Aphrodite.
I am still thinking for Dionysus.
