Hence the 'or whomever' following the mention of Odin LOL. I wasn't entirely sure what was going on in Asgard. Presently going back and reading and taking notes. 

What I'm currently working around is how Eric or Bill will get the hammer first in terms of an origin with it being in a Stark building. I'm only assuming it was thrown or dropped in a confrontation and just left there. Once the post Drew mentioned is posted I'll have a little more to go on. For now I'm just gonna keep it vague.
