1) When will you start the OOC?  We should add the mock battle to it so that people can better understand the system.
2) How will the speed powers work?  Will they reduce the penalty for doing multiple things?  Ex: If you have a skill of 1 in Force Speed you lose 1 point off of the penalty towards the multi-action penalty (two actions with no penalty), at level 2 you lose 2 points toward the penalty (so you could do three actions with no penalty).  To work it wouldn't get to use your Force skill.
