[@Oxenfree] haha you're not wrong, 22 is pretty young. My main issue is that this character is already established as the younger brother of another character in the Canon, who is only 24 and a decorated veteran. 

The mentality is that primary school only teaches until 8th grade, and military academies due to the need of solders take over school from 9th grade onwards. - the dire need for soldiers accelerates the learning process
