EDIT: just looking at your CS sheet I can see while a detailed character he is somewhat overpowered, just a few of the things like phasing through solid material and being able to [i]travel at the speed of thought[/i]
is almost god mode level. If you want to make him eligable for this tournament, I would ask that you scale his ablilites down A LOT but maybe it'd be easier just to write up a new character, have a look at the other characters here first, all very skilled but all very balanced and beatable at the same time.
