I would assume yes. If anything, they're there so that communication between the nations is streamlined in the event of any real incident. 

UPDATE

Through something up. A much longer post on the way discussing some military excersises with the PRK as an excuse for the two leaders to meet and discuss the looming threats that fill the world around them. XD
