While I prepare some things for my NS, I'll go ahead and clarify a few things on them first. Namely is that they operate more as an NPC under a very certain set of rules and behaviors that I have created them with. First and foremost, is that they do not wage war with other species, nor do they intrinsically desire anything that another nation would have. Though they are aloof and eccentric compared to most nations, and even purposefully isolated from others, they see no purpose behind removing a civilization unless very particular circumstances are met. Chances are, that no nation here will meet those circumstances at any point in time. Second, is that while they are rather kept to themselves, there are those within the higher echelons of the civilization that willfully communicate with other civilizations and make frivolous deals and arrangements.

Also, this is a nation that I made sure Duck was familiar with and to clarify on before even going forward with the idea.
