Well Excalibur can cut any object made by man, I don't know is this extends to meta powers as while the material is unknown they are physical. So that really is the question, can a Legendary blade cut an object supposedly invincible due to a meta's power? I'd like to think it can so hear me out. Let's assume that Excalibur can cut these blades, as they are not from the realm of gods, but at the same time these blades are probably as tough as Excalibur itself meaning that while they can be cut by Excalibur it won't be an easy feat as their toughness is more or less the same. Two steel blades can cut each other however difficult that may be, but if the other blade is sharper (since they only have the cutting power of steel) Only one blade will succeed. 

It would more or less be a sword cutting through the same density material as itself. So while possible unlikely in a fight due to the chaotic and quick nature of those things. I'd say unless Eva has the time to cut away at one of these blades it just won't happen in a straight up fight. If possible you might find them nicked or scratched but otherwise still intact.
