Chiharu took a step back, eyes wide in shock as a big-screen TV somehow crawled towards her. The plug and various other wires emerged from behind it, crackling with electricity as it swiftly used several cords to propel itself along, now looking more and more like some kind of monstrous spider. Televisions were normally something that Chiharu felt no fear towards, or even the slight hesitation. And yet the way this one was moving on its wires and crackling with electricity... It was coming for her. The normally inanimate object was crawling towards her. It wanted to hurt her. Chiharu took one frightened step back, eyes wide as this sunk in. Something normally so harmless wanted to kill her. And yet... the card in her hand. Somehow it was... comforting...? It felt warm in her hands... and slowly, she raised it up, holding it in front of her. Chiharu's eyes fell on the word, |Strength|. And then the card shuddered in her hands... and erupted in light. Chiharu's eyes widened further, and she let out a yelp. The TV was sent staggering back on its wire limbs, then fell onto its back with a crash, wires waving in the air. Chiharu felt herself drift off the ground, as the light surrounded her. She should have been afraid, and yet... somehow she simply wasn't. The light faded to blue and swirled around her, and Chiharu felt her clothing unravel into nothingness. In spite of there being no-one to see her, and the light obscuring her body, the dark-haired girl still let out a little squeak and covered herself, flushing red. And yet what followed... light knitted itself on her body, swirling around her frame and forming... into clothes? And then light drifted to her head... bows? And... and her hair! Her hair was different, longer, it was blue... She had some kind of blue dress, and blue hair, and now... now... Blue frames of a foreign metal latched onto her hands, and following them were a set of plates along the back. Steam hissed out of them as they linked together, clanking as they adjusted, opening and closing. Chiharu hit the ground and stumbled, but stood up and steadied herself. "I..." the girl looked down at her hands in wonder. "... I... t-transformed...?" "Major Arcana VIII: |Strength|." The voice... seemed to come from the card. But where was the card? In her confusion, Chiharu hadn't realized that the television was scuttling towards her again, crackling electricity from its wires. Far too confused to run, the girl stared as it grew closer and closer... She did the first thing that came to mind. One gauntleted hand drew back, and then thrust forward. The wind whipped around Chiharu's fist as she threw it foreward, and it collided with the television's screen. Cracks spiderwebbed out from the point of impact, and for a moment the TV was suspended in the air before rocketing backwards, hitting the ground and tumbling end over end before crashing to the ground. Chiharu stared at her fist. "I-I... d-did... that...?"
