Lavender went to pick Salem up so to hang out with him. 

Maxi walked from the entrance way and watched his spell taking place with the restocking. Crossing his arms, he nodded in understanding "I see...I assume that your spells are quite useful enough to keep you from having any hunter get close to you at all." Making conversation while looking at his surroundings and checking the shelf of the books, hoping to find something that may be interesting to read, not that Maxi enjoys reading, as long as there were pictures. 

Not looking in Malcolm's direction, Maxi continued "How long have you been here?"
