The Anvil was aware of a disturbance on the Mountain, but the Anvil knew not what it was, for the Anvil did not have eyes to see with. But the Anvil knew that it was not far away. Perhaps the Anvil could somehow get to the odd occurance which confused it. The Mountain which was its parent spoke to the Anvil, and it told the Anvil that the Anvil could indeed go there, if it willed to. So the Anvil willed, and the Anvil was surprised to discover that it had disappeared from its place in the shrine to keep it from collecting dust, and the Anvil appeared inside the cave with two living creatures.
