Shinon frowned, "[b]Incompetent fool may be too strong of words. He could still be a danger to defenseless travelers and given time he might amass an army of sufficient danger to cause a threat. We should take care of him now.[/b]" Shinon said confidently, he felt good after destroying the zombies. They [i]could[/i] leave but he didn't feel comfortable leaving a danger to innocents behind him. Besides, perhaps he would have some more credit with the collage if he could tell them he had helped dispatch a Necromancer.
