Ugh.

Issue 1: I can see no mention anywhere that signifies that Khan saw the circle and made an assumption as to what the circle could do. Generally a circle appearing even subtly on the ground means some sort of magic when dealing with a mage, I can find no mention from the point Melon mentions placing the circle in any of Khan's following posts. 


Issue 2: Khan altered or otherwise changed a post during a ruling without being instructed to do so. As such I cannot comment on the prior post as it was originally written.
