His mother was the favorite cousin of the late King of Indra, so by blood Rupert is 8th in line for the throne. She was also questioned, about her two other children's legitimacy, and if they were even Rupert's. And she swore that they were Rupert's children till the very end. The Servant was hanged, and Lady Marceline was proclaimed guilty of adultery, and treason. After Giving birth to a son, she was locked in the tower for three months, and then beheaded for her crimes. The baby boy was sent to a convent, and Rupert's two young children, he sent to live in Indra with their great Aunt Opaline. Rupert's father died from smallpox, while Rupert was in the south fighting alongside his good friend Maverick. With the news of his fathers passing he made his way back to Friesia again, at the age of 26 for the funeral, nd thus he gained his inheritance, becoming the third most wealthiest man in Friesia. So her education was considered above average for women of her high class, and standing.
