[@Caits] Oh, so just to clarify. This Magic Management Council is the new Magic Council?

I wasn't really expecting to make a council member, rather just soldiers that work for the council. If it would take a load off your shoulders though, I can make a council member. I'd still also like to make just a regular soldier type person.
