After the blistering cold of the snowstorm, the warmth of the fire was a very welcome change. Josh was glad they got the fire up when they did. He probably would have succumbed to hypothermia by now if that hadn't been the case. "The fire might make it easier for them to find us." Josh said. "I'm not sure if they'll see the smoke or not, but if they're nearby they'll definitely see the light." Josh began thinking about Kiera. They spent an entire day just getting this far north, and now they were lost in the woods. Maybe they were too late to save her, but he couldn't give up now.
