Changing out of her school clothes, Lily changed into shorts and a shirt, deciding to go for a run with Moe, feeling that it might make her feel better, but even if it didn't, she enjoyed running. Grabbing Moe's leash, she attached it to his collar. 

Tying her house key to her laces, she headed out, Moe's leash in her hand. She started them off a fast trot, then to a smooth jog, increasing her speed, and making sure that Moe wasn't having any trouble keeping up with her. The pup seemed to enjoy the running, but Lily made sure he was okay. 

When Moe began to flag, she slowed to a walk, feeling, if not entirely better, satisfied in herself.
