I assume you are referring to [url=http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Thunderbolts_(Strike_Team)_(Earth-616)]this[/url] Thunderbolts team?  If so, I actually only mentioned the Thunderbolts ([url=http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Thunderbolts_(Earth-616)]this team[/url]) for two reasons:

1)  Hawkeye (and Luke Cage) were on different incarnations of the team.

2)  Some characters on the team might be ex-villains.  However, those characters have also been "good guys" in the 616 universe (I don't care if they now call it Earth 8 or whatever).  However, with the exception to one character (although the character was a reserve character for the Avengers), it will look more like the West Coast Avengers.
