Duly noted however. I will add to my military an accurate description of every weapon, equipment and vehicle I use. (apart from transport trucks please XD) I will also add some more history and culture to my nation description

In general you just need "sufficient" level. Enough that if somebody would take over your nation they'd know what these units do.
Because the GM's responsibility will be kinda similar.
