There's no swelling at least that I know off, it just basically hurts to move even a cm An I was 13 when it first happened. Every day after a work experience shift i would go to the gym to loosen everything and stretch it all out. This is a simply one you can do anywhere-use a door frame, place your arms either side of it grabbing it, and step through like you have wings so your arms are behind your back-it really stretches it all out nicely.
