Eh I can remember later XD And the one my chiro suggest was for me to get on one knee, sorta similar to those who get knighted, and keep the knee on the ground perfectly straight while resting your head on the one pointing up and just learn forward. Oh I almost forgot to mention you should have your hands touching your front foot. If you feel pain in your back you're doing it wrong XD You should feel the stretch in the hamstring, but it stretches your shoulder, back, calf, etc. pretty decent stretch and I do it more often than any other stretch.
