[@FallenTrinity] Okay, Looks good. With abilities, need to have all (and please keep it reasonable) - I like to know what they are capable of in rp. Had far to many run ins with the past where suddenly abilities pop up for a character, turns into godmodding quick enough. Not saying you would, just like to cover my bases, makes it less of a headache for me as a gm,LOL. Also, know you won't be able to go back and forth between forms regularly. Human form takes hold quickly and memory fades. Keep this in mind during the rp. Other than that looks great. Just let me know about the abilities in an edit and that should cover it.
