Me too Except I'm 24. I have knee problems, ankle problems, my back problems aren't bad lately (no incident for a year and a half!) neck problems and now wrist problems and I wear compression bandages and carry around a first aid kit Google knee stretches and knee strengthen exercises I shall check it out shortly! Aw huggles What did you do to make it hurt? Can you get over the counter muscle relaxers where you are? We have one that you can get here called voltarun rapid it's the less concentrated for that you don't need a prescription for. You can also try heat bags (you know those bags full of wheat you can heat up). And rest
I dunno. Probably lifting. I've been lifting a lot at work. Nothing too heavy, but it is big boxes of clothes. Hip down hurts in different places occasionally. Sometimes be behind the knee, the thigh, but mostly the lower back exactly where the line of butt and torso is. It's feels fine usually until it just feels like I got shanked by a ghost and they go 'HAH YOU GOT BOO'D!' And it hurts for a split second. Probably just need to relax the muscles. I do have some of those gel heat up things so I might use that
