A new team knows barely anything about each other, and seldom have members that have strong bonds between each other, so coordination was not a dependable factor. A plan may be well thought out, but there's always possibilities that may sneak their way into the execution of said plan. Elden felt that it was up to the members to communicate with each other and prepare for anything that may happen. If one has doubts, voicing them may allow others to assist in countering those doubts, should they come to life.
