"Of course he would have that car." Jay commented, walking with Clarissa over to the Impala. As they were, Jay couldn't help but get flashbacks to that cult following show. Yeah, the one about the two brothers who were hunters of the supernatural. He remembered one of them had a similar make of that car that Jay wondered that if Sam was obsessed with that show as most are or if it was just some kind of weird coincidence. It surely seemed more than the latter. For Sam, to be named after one of the brothers and have a car that the other brother had, was oddly coincidental. Ah whatever. Not like it matters anyways. Jay thought, shrugging off that thought about Sam's car and his name and all of it being coincidental. When they reached the car, Jay noticed that he and Clarissa were the only ones who had arrived. Perhaps that was a good thing. Jay usually liked being early, but he hated that awkward wait. He wanted to leave as soon as he could, but he couldn't due to the fact that the owner of the car that they were taking hadn't even arrived yet. However, as fate would have it, someone else arrived - well, not just one person, but two people. "Amelia, he--" Jay's sentence was cut off midway as he saw Skye. It wasn't because he saw Skye specifically, but rather what was in his hand. It was a suitcase. There was nothing really extraordinary about that. Well, aside from the fact that it seemed that he packed nearly all of his belongings. The two ladies definitely had a reaction that seemed fitting - and Jay had the same one. "Um, Skye, don't you think that's a little much? We're only going away for the weekend." Jay commented awkwardly, gauging out Skye's face to see what logical explanation could be given for such a large suitcase. "I mean, you sure that it'll even fit." Jay thoguht aloud, directing it towards Skye. When Jay began to worry that the awkwardness and the case of Skye and his Suitcase would last, Sam showed up just in the nick of time. And he didn't waste any time as he commanded everyone to stuff their dufflebags into the trunk. Surprisingly, it all fit. Jay was amazed at how much space the trunk of the Impala had. Truly, America hit its stride when it made that make. Jay pouted slightly when he thought about his little, tiny, green Sedan. Maybe I should trade up some Jay thought as he caught the glimpse of Clarissa's face when she was looking at the Impala. Perhaps it was due to the excitement of the trip or the car itself, but odds are the former was the case and not the latter. Whichever the case, they all got into the Impala. As Jay had predicted, Amelia would ride shotgun due to the closeness that she and Sam seemed to have; though Jay wasn't exactly sure how close that was. With that being the case, that left Skye, Clarissa, and Jay in the backseat. Jay somehow got the feeling that Skye would want to inject himself between Clarissa and Jay, seeing as how he still had it in his mind that Clarissa would share Jay. That thought made Jay shiver in fright, but he shrugged at the seating arrangements. It was whatever to him. When they all got in, all that they had to look forward to for the next two and a half hours was the sweet bliss and peaceful serenity of the open road.
