Interested. I have a few characters I've been meaning to use. A hero, and a couple bad apples. But before I dedicate myself, I have a few questions:

1). How many characters can we have?

2). What's the power level here? Are we going for like mid-tier with a few strong characters, or will everyone be ludicrously powerful (If so, count me out)?
