I mean it's the equivalent of taking a really easy test and having your classmate assigned to watch you do it when both of you have similar grades. It'd be rather disrespectful for Ozpin or anyone to even place that in the parameters. "Oh hey, you're a good Senior Team and all, but I'm gonna have another team babysit you on a pretty standard Senior mission." Like if you just wanna play them, why not bump up the difficulty and just have the two teams tag team it. Otherwise just leave out the reinforcements/supervising team to begin with.
