As Masahiko talks to Vera, another New Council member rises from her seat. Sayatachi Nijiko's flamboyant and colorful hair shines through the shade of the room as she makes her way towards the exit of the room. She looks at Vera sitting down and smiles faintly.

[b]"Come Vera-dear."[/b] she says in a smooth sultry voice, [b]"The crowd is waiting for you. Don't keep them waiting."[/b]

And with that she then steps outside to reveal herself to the whole crowd...
