Alright, I saw the interest check, and am slightly bummed that you're already full up, but them's the breaks. If you could put me on that "reserve/potential antagonist" list too, that would me swell, since I'll probably be following this anyways. While it might not be my place, myself not technically being as member, this roleplay looks much too good for me not to offer a word of caution. In the last post of the interest check you mentioned the flora and fauna of the world you are creating. Now, worldbuilding can be a great time, and ou might not have much left (in which case the entire remainder of this post is quite irrelevant), but otherwise if you focus too much on it the actual story might never start. I've only ever seen this happen in real time once, but I've stumbled across the incredibly promising-looking threads (much like this one—did I mention that it sounds awesome?) with unfinished worldbuilding projects and no actual roleplaying. And I'm not talking about big things like "What countries are there and where do they go?" but little things like "What sort of horrible drugs should our world have?" There are almost certainly people better suited to giving you advice on this than myself, but if I had to (and I think it would be quite rude not to), then I'd say that if you need any more to actually get started, then you should write that out, and certainly have a good idea in your head where you want to take it, but don't actually start writing out the minutiae of the world until the roleplay itself builds up enough momentum to see it through the worldbuilding.
