Looks... better. You still don't really have any immediately useful lower cost cards. I don't know many dragon cards, so I can't give many suggestions.

Also there's a reason you've never seen anyone use Train of Thought before. For 2, it essentially does nothing (besides possibly triggering Niv-Mizzet). For 4, it becomes useful. But there are cards that cost 3 that allow you to draw two cards as well.. And for 6 there are other cards that allow you do draw 4, instead of the 3 you would get from Train of Thought. It's true power comes from it's flexibility and it's ability to use a shit ton on mana late came for a shit ton of cards. But that whole late game bunch-of-cards thing isn't likely to happen.

EDIT: I'm not suggesting you take it out. It's not useless, and it's pretty unique.
