Bruce and to a limited degree the Hulk are friends of Loki's. Loki doesn't like people who screw with his friends.

Uhhhh depends what it's about, until [@Dedonus] states otherwise I'm doing the Avengers stuff so if it's Avengers related I'm your man, if it doesn't relate to the Avengers whatsoever go for it yourself. If it can turn to Avengers come back to me :P Also hmm...

There was a nuclear explosion so you can take it upon yourself if Loki can discover whether or not Hulk was involved. I mean S.H.I.E.L.D knows but they might not exactly tell you.
