No, One Piece draws you in and keeps you, I cant say it does not drag sometimes, but it is not as bad as Naruto (which has entire recap episodes) or Bleach (whose fights take forever) plus, it has the most emotional stories, and epic 'final' fights that are not the horrid cliché of 'the enemy beating the hero around like a doll but then the hero comes back with some random super power that obliterates the enemy in one hit.'
