[/quote] We have a lot of nations that seem despotic at first but are actually constitutional monarchies/parliamentary countries. Between Avalia, Ventium, the PRK, and Moravia (a one-party Fascist democracy, but democracy nontheless :lol) we seem to have a good mix.
