3) Loyalty, without it then a leader has no obligation to his faction. Without loyalty the only thing a leader is, is a glorified mercenary. 
4) Describe a time when you could have demonstrated good leadership skills, but failed to do so.
5) Firstly, I would establish a spy system within North Korea in order to gain intelligence and influence the country. Secondly, I would establish an organisation similar to that of the EU but including countries like Russia and America among others in order to form a stronger alliance between the countries that could potentially invade and take control of North Korea as one unified force. Thirdly, I would attempt to form a peace treaty with North Korea, failing that I would use the organisation previously mentioned to invade and hopefully put a stop to the war once and for all.
6) In wartime, which is more important - military protocol, or the morale of the people?
7) Otto Von Bismarck. The man had more courage, honour and intellect than any old fool at the time. Any man capable of uniting a country and keeping his own one in power deserves some kind of recognition.
8) The art of persuasion, agricultural skill, getting a good night's rest, espionage training, wilderness survival, martial prowess.
9) The illness. The long term effects of the illness being spread could be even more disastrous if it began spreading to more and more countries and began mutating into something much more deadly then we could have a problem on our hands that is bigger than any bomb.
