[@Error]There was a large war that obliterated most of the knowledge and previous technocgical materials to advance majorly. Really, a lot hasn't changed, apart from semi-futuristic structuring and telecommunications. IFVs, armouring...it hasn't changed. From what I know human genetic advancement was not made. And linking back, saying it can stop a tonne of bullets does sound kinda OP in my own perspective.
