Alice probably won't feel anything at all pain wise from Kiara pulling emotion. It actually results in a kind of numb euphoria after it's done to one particular person frequently. It's why mortals are drawn to the dark court, they become sort of junkies for the numbness. It would probably be a relief to Alice for Kiara to draw out the emotion.
