Yeah it was an eventful day. We got there early so we could have something to eat and dad's shoe started to fall apart. Him and I decided that it would be best if we went to the closest mall, (4km away) and buy a new set. We started walking and halfway along we came across a taxi and he told us that we took a wrong turn somewhere cause we walked for about 3km and were still 3km away from the mall. So we caught the taxi there, got out, went to Kmart and bought a cheap set of shoes, threw out the old set that he owned cause the entire base fell off the shoe (Like rubber sole and inner sole), and caught a taxi back.

Trip there: $14
Trip back: $16
Cost of shoes thrown away: $80
Shoes that we bought: $15

We spent more money on travel than the shoes themselves!!!! xD
