[@King Kindred] Oh the joys of reviewing a Kryptonian sheet. There's nothing that stands out as horribly wrong, although I'm sure some people might think he's over powered. But the underdeveloped limitation seems to limit him quite well. His strength maxes out at an acceptable range, and being able to just go Mach speed is pretty reasonable. I think I can go ahead and accept this sheet. Throw him up in the depository whenever you want.

EDIT: As a suggestion in order to encourage development, you might want to limit the powers down for now so that Kieran has abilities to learn as we go.
