"Done! I'm done!" Em said as she lifted the tweezers up, showing her the small blood covered bullet pinched between them. Joe stood up and grimaced at the sight of it. "Well done, Em. Mom would be proud." He said giving her an encouraging smile. Em tucked her head down shyly but I could see her cheeks reddening as she rummaged around in the medical bag. "Right, unfortunately, it's not quite over yet. I've still got to stitch you up. Won't take long, promise. Mom always said I was a natural so it shouldn't hurt too much." Em smiled at Daisy before pulling out the necessary equipment to do the job.
