Name:
Daphne Hope (Callsign: Holly)
Age:
21
Description:
A graduate from Academy 218 (which makes her a junior of fellow colleague Dana Alcott), Daphne is a trainee in NEST - specifically I&I - and assists the mission controllers to gather information, whom in turn support the field agents. She has a fair complexion (with a slight green tinge) and a willowy build - you know, tall, ideal slim waist, and nice ass at the back - that most women dream to strive for, but it's a pity about her almost flat chest. She keeps her hair in an asymmetrical light auburn bobcut; her eyes are sea-green, and she has an oval-shaped face with full lips. Obviously Caucasian, with her ancestry tracing back to Irish and French. Always in blouses and long pants, never a fan of skirts and dresses. Footwear is strictly limited to flats, and maybe just a handful non-killer heels (hell no to stilettos!). Soft-spoken with a drawl - her manner of speech may irk most people, especially those impatient ones. She also likes to come up with names for pretty much anything and everything - from her personal belongings to her powers, sometimes even to strangers when she only just met them for the first time.
Powers:
"The Flora Network" --- While Daphne's ability is nothing as flashy as comic supervillain Poison Ivy's molecular plant manipulation, she has unmatched telepathic link with any living flora within a few miles of her (her range is much wider in the day than night). As most people do not see plants as a threat to them compared to animals, she is able to make good use of their ignorance to her advantage - all greens act as her eyes and ears, easily allowing her to spy on her targets and no one will be any the wiser. This power works in two ways: one, she can mentally communicate with the plant (which she calls it "Flora Interview"); two, she can project herself astrally into the plant to see and hear from within the plant (and she calls this "Flora Surveillance"). However, she can perform "Surveillance" only thrice a week - each time roughly about an hour longest - as this drains a lot of energy from her, leaving her in a serious sleep-deprived state if she pushes herself too far.
